Was kept informed of order progress. Unfortunately the item was not in stock and I had to wait a few weeks. Was informed when it had been dispatched. Arrived in good condition so no complaints

Longer waiting time than the one at their website, and no communication about it.
The item was on a pre-order, after a few weeks I spotted it was in stock on their website so contacted customer services. They were very helpful and my click arrived a few days later
