I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your holiday. I'm not sure why the hotels and restaurants only managed a limited provision for your dietary requests as both our partners in Turkey and our tour leader were provided with this information. I've also looked at the flight bookings for thers travelling with you on this flight - the only passengers to be able to pre-book specific seats did so at a supplement to secure such benefits as additional leg room. We are unfortunately unable to pre-allocate other seats with Thomson Airways. We also regret that the local guide appeared to be distracted by personal difficulties. This local guide accompanies and assists our tour leader on the vast majority of our Lycian Way holidays and generally receives good feedback; we have taken this issue up with our Turkish partners and have received both an apology and an assurance that your experiences will not be repeated.
