We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your holiday or see as much wildlife as much as you had hoped on your visit to Costa Rica. We do provide a local naturalist guide on this holiday to support our tour leader, and our groups generally see a good variery of birds, mammals and reptiles up close and in their natural habitat. Hello again Mrs Leat - I can confirm that we have sent £200 credit notes to all participants on this holiday, including those who have not contacted us, as a recognition that this particular trip didn't operate as effectively as we had anticipated. Your letter was sent on 12 January so it should be on your doorstep when you get back from Australia. Previous groups have had some free time to swim from the beach at Cahuita following a walk through Cahuita Nat'l Park. Although snorkelling isn't specifically included in the holiday programme, we're sorry you didn't have the opportunity to swim or use your snorkelling equipment. Angus Russell Planning Manager
