The tech that came to service our water softner was polite and very thoughtful. He put covers on his shoes as to not soil the carpert on the way to the basement.He was also very pleasant .
Leak that was present when the technician came for the yearly service should have been detected and fixed during the regular service call. Instead, I had to recontact Puronics to come back and fix...
