We are sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with us. Our sales staff do their utmost to give the best service, advice and prices. With this case there was a misunderstanding as normally our offline orders and online orders are dealt with separately. When you phoned to place an offline order you asked about a discount and our staff subsequently offered you free shipping. At the time of your phone call you declined the offer of free shipping saying you'd shop elsewhere. You must have then changed your mind and placed your order online. As you can appreciate, it is difficult for us to link online orders with people having phoned up and not leaving their details. Had you called us to say you had changed your mind and placed the order online, we would have honored the discount but in this case we had no way of knowing it was you. Sorry about that.
