Bottle was ordered late in the evening but still delivered the next day. Free gift was not with the delivery but was sent out as soon as I raised this issue.

Why do I have to give my card details for a gift?

I received this as a gift so was surprised to find you required my card details, and I have to actively remove myself at the end of three months if I don’t wish to continue. Feels like bullying! Did...

Hi there, Unfortunately card details are required at the checkout stage in order to authenticate and verify the subscription. You do not need to actively remove yourself after the 3-month gift subscription ends, it will not automatically renew. :) I'm glad that you're enjoying the monthly tasting boxes!
