Excellent tour but guide on coach was poor, guide in Rome was excellent however. More walking than anticipated so a tiring day, but understandable given the location.
A young guide with elderly and disabled people. I do not think she realised that most could not walk like her at 20mph. No consideration for the group she was leading.

Quite a good and informative tour. For such a large city, the driver and guide did well to cover so much. Good enough for us to want to return there for several days.
Far too little time on stops as detailed previously. The guide and driver did do well by showing as much possible in the time available and slowing down and getting as close as possible to take...
