Good Morning Thank you for your Feedback You ordered a very specific paint colour from the RAL colour catalogue, so that is what we have mixed and dispatched - we didn't name this colour, this colour code is know as Pure White across any company that sells RAL colours. I would strongly recommend looking up the RAL colour you are thinking of ordering online to double check the shade and colour before purchasing. We mixed the exact paint you ordered and posted it to you. Unfortunately, all our paints are custom mixed to order and therefore exempt from return or refund. We mixed your paint to the specific formulation based upon your vehicles paint code. Due to the vast range of paints available we cannot hold individual paint colours in stock.
