Thank you for your comments. I can see from looking at your order that an alteration was required after the order was originally fitted. It is rare but sometimes necessary to make these kinds of adjustments, as the product is made-to-measure. However, the delay in your covers being returned to you was unacceptable and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. I was concerned to read that you are still unhappy with the finished covers so I have put in a request for your consultant to contact you with a view to inspecting your covers. I am sincerely sorry for the issues you have had with your order and I hope to get a speedy resolution for you.
I can't fault any of the work or the service that we got from Plumbs or their staff. Their representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed, they gave us a great service.
I spent over £2600 on covers but the curtains I ordered were awful and I am still waiting for my deposit back.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, when we placed your order the supplier had made the decision to withdraw the fabric from their range. All attempts to gain more stock for this fabric were unsuccessful. At this stage you should have been informed immediately that we had an issue and I am very sorry that this didn’t happen. In normal circumstances we find a suitable replacement fabric of a superior quality and you get sent a sample for approval before the order is placed. With regards to the issue of your finished covers, I have put a request in place for your consultant to contact you to inspect this. Once again I am deeply sorry for the problems you have had with your order.
