With a made-to-measure loose covers it is sometimes necessary to make adjustments to achieve that close fit you desire. I am delighted to see that the second fit of your covers was a success and you are now happy with your order. I have passed over this information to our customer services team who will arrange for your local Home Consultant to come back to inspect the fit of your covers. We would like to see what steps need to be taken to improve the fit of the covers on your furniture.
