Thank you for your feedback. I was sorry to read that you are unhappy with the material and the fit of your loose covers. I will put a request forward for your Home Consultant to come back to arrange for the covers to be taken away to improve the fit of your covers and to be adjusted to accommodate the support boards you referred to. With regards to the fabric you chose in your consultation, your Consultant shows you large fabric samples at the time of order to give you the best indication of the type and quality of the fabric you are choosing. However, if you feel that the finished product doesn’t reflect the quality of the sample that you were shown, this is something that can be addressed when the Consultant returns to inspect the fit of your covers. Once again I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies for the problems you encountered on fitting of the covers. You are quite correct that your original covers should have been removed prior to the new covers being fitted. I am very sorry that this didn’t happen and we will investigate this matter further with the Consultant to see why this occurred. The fact that you are still unhappy with the fit of your covers is unacceptable and I will arrange for your Home Consultant to contact you to have the covers returned for alteration. Once again I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
