Really good - Matt helped us out loads, particularly efficient when our flights to Dakhla were cancelled and then Matt worked hard to rearrange it for us as quick as possible to our convenience....

Poor communication, missed possibilities with staying a couple of extra nights due to delay. Would have been easier and quicker to book independently for less ££

You had asked us to make a last minute booking that involved holding flights for some days, very close to departure, whilst you checked prices. By the time we where able to make the booking arrangements the best available airfare/duration had changed. This is very frustrating for us also as we have no control over airlines, whose availability and price can change quickly, especially for such last minute bookings. I’m very sorry you felt forced to opt for just 12 nights, we really did try our very best under these circumstances. I trust the kiting was good and you enjoyed the destination.
