Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the stress and frustration caused by this payment issue. We completely understand how concerning it is to see a duplicate charge on your card, especially for such a significant amount, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience and delay you experienced while this was resolved. Your feedback regarding the communication from our booking agent and the delays within our finance department has been passed directly to our management team to ensure better training and clearer processes are put in place. We are glad to hear that our agent from the Customer Relations Team was able to assist you effectively once the issue was logged. We deeply value your long-standing loyalty, and apologise that you felt let down during this process. Should you need anything further for your booking, please do not hesitate to contact us.
