Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback. As ever we are always concerned to hear that clients may be without the cover they believe was included on the policy. We have therefore investigated the issue thoroughly this morning and we have established that demonstration cover was not included on your policy last year and that our Sales Agent did confirm this at inception of the policy. In your New Business Pack the statement of fact confirmed that the price paid did not include this cover. Errors and misunderstandings are always a possibility so we have also checked the recorded call and our Sales Agent when confirming all the covers has said demonstration cover is not included. We understand that when taking out a motor trade policy you would have discussed your requirements and your business with various brokers, it may be that other prices you had did include it but unfortunately it was not requested with us.
