Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about this issue. As your booking confirmation email states you are not required to pay the remaining balance until Monday 14 July 2014. This site has been suspended from Pitchup.com while we investigate why this problem has occurred. Pitchup.com We have spoken to the site who have updated their payment policies for booking bell tents on Pitchup.com and we understand that they have been in touch with you and an agreement has been reached regarding when the rest of your payment is due. This listing is now bookable on Pitchup.com again. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and we hope you enjoy your stay.

booking was OK, however it would have been easier and simpler to have paid the £40 in one go online, rather than pay the £6 first followed by the £34 two days later.
