Don’t send out review requests before goods have been received!

I would suggest you don’t send a review request until the goods have been received. So far I have received two feefo review requests but have t received the parcel!

Hello, thank you for your comment. The review request is sent automatically and it is not linked to the delivery of the item. Unfortunately due to Black Friday and the strikes their have been severe delays at Royal Mail. I have tracked your order and can see that it was delivered to the incorrect depot so it has now been rerouted and should be with you in the next couple of days. I am sincerely sorry for the delay you have experienced and if you do not receive your item by Monday please email us at sales@photoframesandart.com and we will send replacements. Hello, I am sorry to hear that there has been a delay with your order. Unfortunately due to Black Friday and the 2 day strike, Royal Mail was inundated with parcels and there have been severe delays. I can see that your order was delivered this morning but apologise for the amount of time it has taken for you to receive it.
