Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the frames were not as you were expecting. Most of our frames are supplied with glass, but we supply our larger frames with Perspex for safety reasons. The PF+A team x

Hello, thank you for your recent reviw on our product. We are sorry to hear that you had problems with the frame. We do recommend that you use acid free tape to hold the LP and cover in place but you should not need to use tape to secure the frame. There may, therefore, be a fault with the frame. If you could send some photos to our team at sales@photoframesandart.com then we can arrange a refund or a new frame for you as soon as possible. Best Wishes PF&A x
