First class support
Payplan have been so helpful and not made it complicated. They’ve been very friendly and supportive and now I feel so much better about life going forward. They have been a life saver

Be cautious
The support was good, but the advice was not. They advised a IVA but rather than a joint IVA one each. This would double the cost each month and is not the best solution for us.
