Please note that all our helium cylinders are pressure-checked before dispatch, so it is very unusual for one to under perform. To help us investigate this further, could you please confirm the size and number of balloons you attempted to inflate? For reference, a single small helium cylinder typically inflates: •30 x 9” Latex Balloons •16 x 11” Latex Balloons •12 x 12” Latex Balloons •14 x 18” Foil Balloons •Or 2–3 large letter or number balloons If you have any photos of the balloons or the canister in use, that would also be very helpful. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the helium canister didn’t last as long as you expected. As you purchased the helium cylinder only, and not the balloons from us, we don’t have details on the size or type of balloons you used, which can greatly affect how many balloons a cylinder can fill. Balloon size and inflation technique both impact helium usage, so this may explain the difference. Since we haven’t received any prior communication from you about this issue, we would appreciate it if you could email us at sales@partyrama.co.uk with some photos of the balloons you inflated and any other details.
