Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

The products were fine, but they arrived in a really tatty looking old van with other packages half opened and goods spilling out of them and rolling around the floor. Didn't give me much faith in...

Thank you for your feedback, we will pass your comments onto our logistics team. I can assure you that we use mainly Parcelforce or DX Freight to ship our our goods. It sounds as though they have then subbed the work out to local couriers. We agree, this doesn't look good and will be following this up. Kind regards Peter Clark

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the issue with your order. Having looked into this, I can assure you that a faulty one was not shipped out, the original Distribution Trolley was not damaged but must have been used by the carries which marked the wheels. We were them promised by our supplier that a replacement would be shipped out but this did not material straight away. Once a replacement had been manufactured, this was delivered personally by one of our production managers. Glad to hear that you hear happy with the quality of the product and hope this has been put into good use. Kind regards Peter Clark
