Have used this service 3 Times now. I like the on-time collection and friendly driver's. The real-time tracking service and the on time delivery service as well.
Angela Hepburn was extremely helpful when I had a query regarding my parcel. She gave a very quick response.

Hello, many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're delighted you were happy with our customer service when you called. I'm sorry to hear that the driver didn't arrive. It's possible the driver called in to a neighbouring address although we weren't able to retrieve this information from the carrier. We can see that your parcel was taken to the nearest Access Point for collection, which is the new way for the carriers to handle situations when customers aren't in for delivery. This saves you having to visit a depot and instead is normally the local corner shop. Nothing in parcel delivery is guaranteed, including finding addresses, but we're always on hand to assist where required. We do hope this won't discourage you from using our services again and we look forward to your future orders.
