I have used Parcels Please and with one exception the service has always been excellent and the one exception was down to Swiss customs and not Parcels Please.

ParcelsPlease's website and payment process is clear and easy to use.
They were let down by Parcel Force's service, which didn't conform with the advertised delivery period.
We use this service regularly to send household goods to France..the service is excellent and great value too. 28kg box left Aberdeen at noon Tuesday and was at my daughters door in central France...
Parcels sent from uk to France, parcels arrived in excellent condition, picked up uk Monday arrived lunchtime Wednesday, and thiis was the week leading up to Christmas
They have so many exemptions for loss and damage they pretty much exclude every item in the small print. If anything goes wrong or gets lost or damaged you are out of pocket through no fault of your...

Thanks for your feedback. We've had many conversations with your business regarding packaging and unfortunately your goods are not sufficiently packaged to withstand the rigours of transport through a parcel network. You were using the most careful of the couriers in our opinion and if the parcels are not making it through THIS network unscathed, then we would advise you don't try any others. We've advised previously that we're happy to help with your packaging and have many other customers sending similar items without issue. Please let us know if you'd like to have that discussion and we can point you in the right direction. Unfortunately if you don't address this, you'll have the same issues in any of the parcel networks.
