Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Your shipment was collected on 20th and was due for delivery on 27th. It was delivered on 27th December, on time. If you really needed the parcel there sooner, especially with it being Christmas time, you could have opted for an Express service and paid slightly more. We're always on the end of the phone to offer advice as well should you wish to ask any questions

Went via UPS who totally destroyed the parcel and crushed it. Will never use them again.

Thanks for giving us your feedback. Unfortunately we're unable to see any notes of any damages at all - did you call us about this? Or are you perhaps thinking of another delivery company?
Parcel networks are rigorous places and if the packaging is not strong enough, damages can occur. We make this very clear on our website and ask that you read our packaging advice before placing your order

Many thanks for your feedback. At that time of year, unfortunately not all drivers will wait at blocks of flats for a signature so by default will take the parcel to the nearest UPS Access Point. We're sorry on this occasion it caused extra hassle for the recipient to fetch the parcel. Our advice would be to send earlier and give as much information as part of the delivery address as possible. You could also contact us and we can speak with the courier you've chosen to hopefully ensure delivery to the correct location and not the nearest shop.

We can't guarantee, especially at that time of the year, that any driver will use a telephone number. The couriers are delivering hundreds of parcels each per day and can't make special allowances unfortunately.
