Item was good and delivered promptly , however free delivery was advertised within U.K. no charge was added for delivery on order but delivery address was taken .. pick up in store was checked and...

Hi, thank you for taking the time out to offer your feedback. Apologies if the website was not clear on our delivery structure, I will speak to the developers to see how I can make the shopping experience more fluid in the future. In regards to the Free Delivery, the order came to £6.19 and your based in Ireland. Very hard to ship anything out at that price for free. Options were provided to have a refund or pay the small carriage. Once again many thanks for your feedback and I will address it with my web developers.
