Thank you for your comments, however, I feel they are a little harsh as they are directed towards the seller and their house and not the service that we provided.

I feel that we cannot be at fault for the sellers slow responses and the condition of the property as we kept you informed at all times during the sale process.

Are you therefore able to submit a fresh reply rating us for our Service and not the Seller and condition of the property.

In September 2013 he decided that it was the right time to place his name above the door so the business was re-named P. A. Jones Property Solutions. Virtually all of the current staff have been with the company for over ten years, therefore we have a loyal and stable Sales and Management team within the company.
