Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Hello Mark, Thank you for taking your time to leave us a review, we really appreciate your feedback. We are happy to hear that you were pleased overall with the service that you received. I would like to apologise that you didn't receive a text the day before the delivery was scheduled, we have had some slight issues with our SMS service, however hopefully this should be resolved in time for when you place your next order.

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback and comment regarding our 5* service. I am so sorry that we were not very clear with explaining our delivery windows, we had the delivery out for "on or before Friday" and our transport team are working flat out to meet customer demand. I'm glad we managed to deliver on time, and we will make a note for next time for you. Thanks, Laura.
