Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

good

I was asked if I would say 'hello' to the driver. I usually do and thank and offer a cup of coffee. On this occasion he was been and gone before I saw him. So thank you and hello in retrospect....

Hello Roy, We are really sorry that your oil was not delivered until the last working day that was advised. Due to the ongoing UK driver shortage sometimes our operations can be affected, leading to longer delivery windows, even though we always strive to deliver your oil as quickly as possible. We are pleased to hear that your oil was delivered by one of our friendly delivery drivers, I will pass on your kind words to him. Thank you for your review, we value your feedback.
