Good company, easy to use
staff were nice and friendly although we didn't have a rep on the bus back which would have been better as our driver didn't let us stop for food until over 10 hours into the journey

Brilliant reps, terrible coach
The reps were all lovely and they did make the overall week enjoyable. However, that shocker of a coach ride was nothing short criminal. Sort it out.

Good, would use again, but not outstanding
Good communication if asked for, but not much information for huge group trips until quite late in the day. Excellent ground staff support in resort. Expensive for what we got and they didn't fight...
