Hvem kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse?

Bare kunder med kjøpsbevis kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse. Vi kvalitetssikrer dette ved å ta kontakt med kjøperne rett etter transaksjonen.

Hvordan verifiserer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer at anmeldelsene kommer fra ekte kunder ved å knytte dem til et salg eller en transaksjon. Folk inviteres bare til å legge igjen en anmeldelse etter at de har kjøpt noe fra virksomheten.

Hvordan håndterer vi falske anmeldelser?

Feefo forhindrer at folk legger igjen falske anmeldelser fordi vi bare inviterer bekreftede kjøpere til å gi tilbakemelding.
