From day one (8 years ago now) I have always experienced professionalism, trust and attention to detail in relation to all the services Hitachi Finance have offered us. In particular Sheila (payroll manager) Leanne (account manager) and John (account director) deserve a gold medal for client relationship management and resolutions of any problems that rarely occur. I would not consider using another factoring company as the service offered has been extremely hassle free and personable. Thank you Sheila, Leanne and John.

Communication could be better, they reporting system is complicated and not straight forward, training from staff on how to use the system was poor.

Currently very pleased with Hitachi Capital, started the new year with a new client manager, Michelle Bishop. Communication has improved greatly since Michelle took over the account, she is doing a very good job.
