I enjoyed the taste of these vitamins each morning, got the sweet coating which wasn't too sugary or sickly. Much prefer taking one gummy tailored to myself over a generalised multivitamin tablet....

The gummies gave me horrible reactions such as Overheating, inability to sleep etc. Overall not great in my honest opinion. Plus they tasted like Mince Pies.

I had hoped that this would be a multi-vitamin and more. But it was really just a bunch of faff - and then I had to take a multi-vitamin on top. Bummer!
Shame as the gel was nice and the packaging...
