Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Hi, Thank you for using Nectar's service and great to hear you had a positive experience. If you don't mind us asking, what was the reason that you gave a 1 out of 5 star rating for our service after you found it easy and fast? If you believe 1 out of 5 stars is not the rating you think is correct, we would welcome you updating it. Thank you
