We were told we could leave our order on the system or have a refund.We were in the process of moving house so left the order on with it actually...
Great bed at a great price and fast delivery. Although the bed was left in a neighbours yard and we weren't aware until the neighbours came and knocked to tell us.

Thank you for your email. I am sorry that the box arrived wet on the corners and I will raise this with the couriers. I am afraid as stated on the website that they will only bring it to the front door as they are not insured beyond there. This is the same wit all national couriers however it does depend on the helpfulness of the driver on the day and sadly we have no control over this.
