Charged double! Refund no problem though. Not told one bed was out of stock so waited in for ten days! Only told when rang to find out how much longer!

Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies but the duplicated payment was down to a technical fault with the payment provider and we notified the next morning when we saw this. I do apologise that the bed frame was a day late as the stock was delayed at the couriers for 24 hours and we were not advised of this but steps have been put in place so that this does not happen again.

Thank you for your review and as discussed on the telephone today I am truly sorry as we had requested that these slat caps be posted to you and were unaware that you had not received them as our supplier had advised that they would be posted to you. This is not good enough and I have called them today to have them posted out again and please accept our apologies.

Thank you for your review and I am so pleased that you like the quality of the bed and find it is value for money. Please accept my apologies re the numerous emails re couriers contacting you. This was due to storm Imogen and the docks being closed at short notice and the container ship then being unexpectedly delayed. Hence we were advised delivery dates but these then failed at the last minute. We do try to keep customers fully up to date but I feel in this instance we were to quick off the mark in informing you so please accept our apologies.
