You announced 3 weeks delay. After order, you announced more than one month and we don't yet receive it !! We will no more be present now, I don't know how to receive the order. Very bad experience...

Hi. We're sorry that you've had this experience with us. Our lead times are very consistently 2-3 weeks and we do try to communicate this as much as possible on our website and on the order confirmations that we send. Our factory closes for one week in August every year so this has added another week to the lead time on your order. I am happy to say that your order shipped on September 1, exactly four weeks since the order date. It's expected to arrive with you on September 8 via UPS. I've asked the sales team to send the tracking information to you again in case this wasn't received. You can track the delivery yourself too using our self-serve tracking platform: https://tracking.mullanlighting.com/ We hope you love your light when it arrives! -Darren
