I'm sorry that you felt the annual price increases during your two year stay with us were sneaky, although I’m glad your experience generally was a positive one.
We understand that price rises are never welcomed by our customers, however due to the rising costs that we face each year, we need to review our pricing on an annual basis to ensure that we keep delivering exceptional service alongside clean and modern facilities. We also always give at least 28 days’ notice of any price changes to ensure that our customers are fully informed about their bills.
