We’re sorry to read that your parcel has reached you in a damaged condition. We only wish that you had considered investing the time you gave to leave this review to actually contact us - we respond to emails within 24hrs and would have been happy to offer you with a refund or replacement order! To leave us a one star review for our Customer Service which states that you “don't have the time or energy to fight with customer service” seems strangely counterintuitive and does not give us a chance to provide you with said Customer Service. It’s important to note that a parcel arriving damaged is down to an accident occurring in transit - We would never send out product in a damaged condition or within inadequate packaging. Please do reach out to us directly if you would like us to assist you with your damaged parcel.
