We're really sorry to read that you did not receive your order. This is the first we are hearing of this and wish that you had reached to us when the delivery failed so that we could have tracked and resolved this problem for you immediately. Due to the length of time since this delivery failed we are not able to find your lost parcel or claim for the loss via our Courier (FedEx). We have today refunded you in full for your order. We really appreciate your feedback and we know how distressing having a moth problem can be. Have you identified the moth that is present in your home? Our Traps attract Indian Meal Moths and Mediterranean Flour Moths. Have you only seen moths flying around or have you found some larvae in your food storage areas too? The larvae will eat away at your grains, bread, pulses, and dried food and exposed food stuffs.
