There should have been a User Guide within the box that confirms the process you need to follow. If that guide was not there please do email us at help@moth-prevention.com and we will send you one by email. However, you should find detailed instructions on the side of the product containers as well. With regards to the Total Release Fogger contained in the Kit: it is designed to release all of its contents in one go - It is not intended to have its flow interrupted part dispatch. Thank you for your 4 star review on our Pantry Moth Traps. It is great news to read that you started catching Pantry Moths so quickly. We would suggest that you keep the Traps in place as they are active for 8 weeks after opening. Our Traps are non toxic and will help reduce the breeding cycle so the catch rate will reduce over time. Best wishes Amanda

Thank you for your feedback on our Clothes and Carpet Moth Traps. There are a few reasons why you may not be catching moths yet. Our traps attract the adult male moths of the following types: Webbing Clothes Moth, otherwise know as the Common Clothes Moth (Tineola bisselliella) Case Bearing Moth, otherwise know as the Case Making Moth (Tinea pellionella) White Shouldered House Moth (Endrosis sarcitrella) Brown House Moth (Hofmannophila pseudospretella) If you are unsure about the moths that are present in your home then our guide on the following link can help: https://www.moth-prevention.com/blogs/the-art-of-prevention/identifying-clothes-carpet-moths-webbing-clothes-moth-case-bearing-clothes-moth It may be due to the breeding cycle of the moths, at times there will be less flying around. We advise keeping the traps in place as they are active for 12 weeks after opening. Are the Traps positioned at least 3 feet above floor level? Do you have other types of moth deterrent positioned near the Traps as this can affect the power of the pheromones?
