We're glad you found our service and the cycling in Lanzarote fantastic and the weather and bikes perfect. Our aim is to provide a 5-star service without compromise. Our packages are totally flexible and on some occasions, in order to reduce the costs for our clients, they have the option to share a room with a like-minded cyclist. This is quite common in the cycling community, and so far this has worked really well for our clients. Therefore, we were sad to hear that your room-mate wasn't compatible. Regarding room size, the room booked was a one bed apartment and they may vary in size and layout slightly. Based on the bookings we made and the information provided to the hotel, the rooms were allocated by them. For future 'shared rooms' we will request, if there are larger apartments available, these be allocated accordingly. Thank you for your feedback.
