Realy a catastrophy. My fiber connection went down so I had to do the course on the mobile phone. Does NOT Work well. Missed the test and cannot start it again??? Why only two times option? Business...

Our support team was in contact with you and reset the course on 18 August following your request. We can see that you were subsequently able to complete the course and your certificate was issued later that day. The course is accessible on mobile devices, although we appreciate that the smaller screen can make the content less comfortable to navigate. We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
