Delivery took a little longer than I hoped for, but customer services were excellent when I phoned and explained the reason for the delay.

The lead time on our website at the time of your purchase was based on the most up-to-date information we had from the factory. Shortly after your order was placed, we were informed of an unexpected delay in stock availability, pushing delivery to October. As soon as we became aware, we contacted you to provide an update and processed a full refund when we learned the new timeframe wouldn't work for you. We understand this was a disappointment to you and hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.
