I stopped using them a few months ago, after I was left 50 minutes at the airport waiting for my car. I was told that there were problems on the roads, but none of the other meet and greet companies...

We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. On the day in question there were problems on the road directly outside our premises so no other company would have had the same problem. All customers affected by these delays which were outside of our control are able to contact us directly with their booking reference and we're happy to offer discounts for any future travel. We hope that we'll see you again.
