Thank you for leaving your review and we were concerned to read that our level of service wasn’t what you had expected.Although we thought we had developed a good business relationship over the 13 months of marketing and up to completion of the sale in September we do take your comments seriously.We’ve therefore looked back over the period from when your buyer originally offered in April and from July when the sale of your property was then agreed and confirmed after you’d found a home to purchase. During the sale we were then liaising with all parties including solicitors and agents to make sure matters were progressing satisfactorily and reporting back to keep you fully informed. Unusually we even dealt directly with the sellers of the property that you had chosen to buy and they were even ringing us for help & updates.
Unfortunately the overall situation for yourself and everybody in the chain wasn’t helped because exchange of contracts only took place the day before moving day.We’re sorry your moving experience wasn’t as you had wanted but hope that the above goes some way to show that we were always acting in a professional manner on your behalf.Mansell McTaggart Patcham Office
