I thought it was brilliant except the emails would always be sent to the junk folder…

I thought it was brilliant except the emails would always be sent to the junk folder which made it a bit hard to know when they had emailed me which resulted in my reading it late.

We are sorry to learn that you experienced some difficulties in obtaining your emailed confirmation. We have been recently made aware that some customers are experiencing delays and / or blockages due to the spam filter settings, in particular with MSN Hotmail and also Google Gmail. Our technicians are working hard to resolve this issue and in the meantime we are of course always very happy to send copy confirmations or paperwork out to customers upon their request by Royal Mail post.
