It makes extremely happy to read that you had the journey of a lifetime in Italy, with Insight Vacations. What’s more, we look forward to you joining us to uncover more spectacular destinations in the future.

It certainly pleases us to read that you enjoyed our centrally located accommodations throughout tour. However, we regret to learn that some of your experiences with the hotels and meals were not as you had anticipated. As a result, we have forwarded your concerns regarding the relaxed starts and meals to our Operations team to be looked into further. As well, we have passed on your thoughts about the allocation of water to our Product Development team, to help make the necessary changes. That said; we truly hope to have the opportunity to restore your full faith in our experiences in the future.

We truly regret to read that there were some aspects of the tour that did not live up to your expectations. Therefore, we have forwarded your comments regarding the hotel rooms and the attractions visited, to our Operations team for their review. Nonetheless, we sincerely hope that you left your journey with some wonderful memories, and we would like to thank you for writing to us with your feedback.

Our guests can enjoy the possibility of prepaying their gratuities to our dedicated team. These include all services except those by our Driver and Concierge. However, all gratuities remain voluntary, and any appreciation may be extended at the end of the tour. Nevertheless, we have forwarded your thoughts to our Operations department for their review. That said, we are very pleased that you had a great time with Insight Vacations in Peru, and hope that you will join us to explore many more destinations in the future.

We are very pleased to learn that you enjoyed the Itinerary for the Spain and Portugal in Style tour. However, we are concerned that the Lunch Stops and wine tasting experience at L'AND Vineyards did not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control team for their review. Nonetheless, we are happy that so many moments stood out as highlights from your time on the luxury gold tour, and we hope to welcome you back to explore in style with us again, in the future.

We truly regret to read that you encountered complications communicating with your Travel Agent; however, we hope that all of your concerns were eventually addressed. Nonetheless, we are delighted that you have taken many memorable highlights away from your experience in Central Europe, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to write to us with your feedback.
