Our aim is to transfer our guests safely, swiftly and comfortably to each destination and therefore, we regret to learn that some of the transport on the trip was not as you had anticipated. Nonetheless, we will look to see where any necessary improvements could be made going forward and we sincerely hope that you have returned home with some fond memories of your time in India.

It makes us very happy to learn that the accommodations and organisation of your travel were as you had anticipated. However, at the same time, we regret that the structure of the itinerary and some of your dining experiences didn't meet your expectations.
