We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your curtains, and particularly that you haven’t received a response to your two follow-up emails. This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the frustration this has caused. With regard to the vertical seam in the curtains, we completely understand why you raised this with us. Although the curtains may appear relatively small in width when finished, additional fabric is required to create the correct fullness and ensure they hang and drape properly. Due to the width of the fabric, this means that a seam is sometimes unavoidable. Making the curtains without joining the fabric would either result in them not being wide enough to meet correctly in the middle when closed, or would significantly reduce the fullness, causing them to hang more like a flat panel rather than giving the intended gathered appearance. We’re sorry that this wasn’t made clearer and that our lack of response added to your disappointment. We really appreciate your feedback and will take this on board as we continue to improve both our communication and customer service.
