Unfortunately, due to the collapse of Thomas Cook, we have been experiencing an extremely high volume of calls. We have been answering calls as quickly as possible, but it did sometimes mean long wait times as there are hundreds of people per hour calling us in relation to their Thomas Cook bookings. I can see that you emailed ourselves on 30th September at 12:23, and we responded to your email on 30th September at 16:01. We then emailed you on 8th October explaining that we were experiencing an extremely high volume of calls, and apologising for the inconvenience. We can only apologise that you had a negative experience on this occasion and hope that this wouldn't deter you from using our price comparison website in the future, as we can assure you that this is not the normal experience of our customers.
