Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Dear Victoria, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on Feefo. We are sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. Following a review of the matter, we understand that you scheduled a video consultation to request a repeat prescription. Unfortunately, the clinician who conducted your consultation did not have access to our electronic prescribing platform at the time and was therefore unable to issue the prescription directly. Although several attempts were made by other clinicians to rectify this, they were unsuccessful. We will be investigating this internally to understand the cause of the issue and ensure steps are taken to prevent this from occurring in future consultations. We understand the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused, particularly given the need for repeated follow-up on your part. This experience does not reflect the standard of efficiency and service we strive to provide. As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the prescription fee of £8.78. Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to settle in your account. Once again, we do sincerely apologise for the delay in you receiving your prescription, and we hope to restore your trust and confidence in using our services at a later date. Kind regards, Inva Patient Experience Team
